Draper is dedicated to maintaining high standards in quality, ethics, and performance and we seek partners who value those same standards. Suppliers are required to provide specific documents, keep updated records and perform with quality, efficiency, and ethics.

To maximize the prospects of becoming a Draper supplier, it is important to understand what Draper does. Please study our market areas and core capabilities carefully. Cybersecurity Requirements

As a key player in the defense and technology sectors, Draper prioritizes cybersecurity and the protection of sensitive information. We require our suppliers to comply with CMMC 2.0 (Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification) standards to safeguard critical data and maintain robust cyber hygiene. CMMC 2.0 emphasizes flexible yet rigorous cybersecurity practices, and suppliers must demonstrate adherence to these standards based on their level of engagement with Draper. How to be a Supplier – Getting Started

Step 1. Identify an opportunity to work with Draper

Draper has sourcing opportunities within our four market areas. Suppliers looking to work with Draper should start by learning about each area to see which is the best fit for your products or services. Suppliers are welcome and encouraged to work with multiple market areas.

Step 2. Complete appropriate documents

Draper requires an Annual Certification Form and a W9 to be completed for onboarding. Suppliers are also encouraged to provide a capability statement that provides Draper with additional information about their products and services. This information may be documented and shared internally with the targeted market areas.

Step 3. Submit documents

Once the requested information has been assembled, send the documents to vendormanagement@draper.com. Submissions will be reviewed, and Draper will contact the supplier if any further action is required. Draper is not obligated to utilize suppliers nor guarantee an opportunity to suppliers who submit their information.
